2008 marks the third year of the Double T Association membership handling the entire nomination and balloting process. In March, nomination ballots are mailed to current dues-paying Double T Association members who have been members for three consecutive years. Nominations are collected and presented to the Hall of Honor Balloting Committee, who then consider the nominations and prepare the voting ballot.

The voting ballot will then be mailed out to all current dues-paying members in March. The votes will be collected and presented to the Hall of Honor Reporting Committee. This group will determine the induction class each year.

The 2008 Hall of Honor Induction Ceremony will be in the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center Banquet Hall on Friday, October 31, 2008. The following day the class will be presented at the Texas Tech vs. Texas football game.  Tickets cost $50 or $500 for a table of eight. To purchase tickets, call (806) 771-4000.
