Double T Association Spring Letterwinners Weekend

SPRING GOLF TOURNAMENT

Friday, April 18, 2008 - Rawls Course
Tee-off  (1:30 P.M. tee off) (scramble/shotgun start) Check-in will begin at 11:30 A.M. with lunch to follow at noon.

GOLF: We plan to offer the entire weekend for free. Golf, the golf course lunch, Friday night dinner and the Saturday tailgate. ALL FREE! To do this, we need help with golf hole sponsorships, foursome sponsorships, donations, etc. If you can be of assistance, please contact us.

TEAMS: You may reserve your spot and set your team up by printing this form (in Word / in Acrobat) and mailing it to Double T Association to Double T Association, Box 6785, Lubbock, TX 79493-6785. It would be helpful to receive your reservation by Friday, April 11. Call (806) 771-4000 to make reservations.

HOLE SPONSORSHIPS are available for $100. E-mail dta@ttu.edu if you are interested.

FOURSOME SPONSORSHIPS are available for $300. If you sponsor a foursome, you get to play. E-mail dta@ttu.edu if you are interested.

Also...

• Dinner will be served Friday night at 7:30 P.M. in the Football Training Facility, which is located directly SE of Jones AT&T Stadium.
• Saturday morning at 10:30 A.M. we will host a tailgate in the West Jones AT&T Stadium Parking Lot. All letterwinners and guests are welcome! (We will provide a map to the tailgate location at Friday's events.)
• The annual alumni flag game will be held Saturday at noon on the Jones AT&T field.
• The Spring football game starts at 1 P.M.
• Texas Tech vs. Kansas State baseball starts at 3 P.M. across the street at Dan Law Field.

*** Please do us the favor of letting us know you plan to attend. We need to plan food and drinks for three meals, plus we need to tell the golf course the number of golfers we expect. ***
